All buildings and items are sold as unpainted from 2014 unless where noted.
Addendum AUG2020- Postage charges have been reintroduced and there are two main options (tracked and un-tracked) and three postal 'zones'. Please choose carefully in the checkout. Orders over £100 for the UK and £150 for the rest of the world are now post free.
1. Payment to be made in pounds Stirling, prices are subject to change without notice though the web site will be updated as soon as possible. Payment via secure checkout hosted by Wix.
2. Any orders over 2kg will be sent in several parcels at the same time or via Parcel Force, which ever is the cheaper option.
3. An e-mail will be sent when your order has been received and payment has cleared and also once your items are in the post with a tracking number if that service was chosen.
4. All goods are insured when shipped (if the tracked postage option has been chosen) and if goods arrive damaged (you need to check the items at the time of delivery), please notify the postal worker at time of delivery and us via e-mail up to two days later and we will endeavour to resolve it. In the case of catalogue items please send them back in their original wrapping and we will send a replacement as soon as we can (we will cover the postage), in the case of custom terrain please send it back in it's original wrapping and we will repair the item and send it back.
5. There can be a lead time of around one week-10 days to process orders, if this is any longer then a notification email will be sent. Items in stock will be sent on the next post office trip.
6. If no contact has been received from you for four weeks after the e-mail with tracking number has been sent then no refund or exchange of any kind will be given for any reason whatsoever.
7. All figures, with the exception of Highgate Miniatures and Red Planet Miniatures are for scale reference only. Figures in the Highgate and Red Planet ranges are supplied unpainted. Red Planet Miniatures do not come with bases.
8. All buildings and items are sold as unpainted from 2014. All resin items come in an unpainted condition, some ranges have a painted option, others can be painted for an additional cost, please contact for further details. Painted items in the catalogue are only representative of colour and variations might occur.
9. Some of our products come in kit form and some simple assembly will be required. Also, we clean up the products before posting but some small holes or bubbles may still be present.
10. In the case of catalogue items, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail us within two days and then send us the order within five days, unused and in it's original packaging (we will pay for return postage), together with a print out of your order confirmation email and reason for returning and a full item cost will be issued. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been damaged through misuse or poor care on the purchasers behalf.
11. If any link for OSHIROmodelterrain is to be used via an external website or publication then please contact us beforehand and we will be happy for you to use it.
12. OSHIROmodelterrain will not use or release your personal information to any third parties.
